Douglas R. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1989 to 1993, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UNLV in 1997, and his Juris Doctor from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 2001. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable William A. Maddox and externed for the Honorable Howard D. McKibben. Brown holds the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has completed over a dozen jury trials, and is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Nevada.
