Benjamin S. Wagner is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and managing partner of the firm's Milwaukee office. He has been a member of the firm since 2003. His practice focuses on personal injury, including cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, car accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, invasion of privacy, product liability, medical malpractice, and motorcycle accidents. Wagner earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003, where he received the Phillips Owens Memorial Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community service. He also earned an undergraduate degree from Emory University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin. Wagner is a certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
