Eric J. Ryberg is a shareholder of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. and the Co-Managing Partner of the firm's Madison office. He has tried personal injury cases in Dane, Rock, Sauk, Waukesha, Eau Claire, Dunn, Jefferson, Iowa, Brown, and Kenosha counties. Ryberg earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, graduating cum laude in the top 15% of his class and being elected to the Order of the Coif. He received the Abner Brodie Award for outstanding achievement in legal study and practical application of the law. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Ryberg is a Board Certified Civil Trial Law Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Past President of both the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin Litigation Section, and a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation. He teaches trial advocacy and coaches mock trial teams at the University of Wisconsin Law School. His honors include selection to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list since 2013 and the Super Lawyers Top 25 Madison list from 2014 through 2023 and in 2025.
