Jeremy S. Maddox is a Partner at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin and a lead personal injury attorney for the firm. He joined the firm in 2011 and was instrumental in leading the opening of the firm's Charlotte office. Maddox earned his Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2011. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in September 2011. Before joining Farrin, he worked as a law clerk assisting employees with labor and employment law cases and provided pro bono legal assistance with Legal Aid of North Carolina through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program. He was part of the team that worked on the historic Black Farmers case, helping James Scott Farrin lead a team of firms in obtaining a $1.25 billion settlement for over 15,700 Black farmers after years of USDA discrimination.
