Background
Ian Vance is an attorney at Maginnis Howard, where his practice focuses on consumer protection law, debt defense, predatory lending, housing law, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act matters, Fair Credit Reporting Act issues, and North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act cases.
