Background

Kush Shukla is a Partner at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, based in the firm's New York City office, where he focuses on mass tort and class action litigation. His practice covers asbestos, product liability, toxic and environmental torts, and employment law. Before joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Kush worked as an associate at two prominent New York City law firms, building experience handling complex litigation for plaintiffs against well-resourced defendants. Kush earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and received the Archibald R.
