Peter Odom is Of Counsel at Price Benowitz LLP. He is a criminal courtroom veteran with extensive experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney and frequently serves as a media commentator on CNN, Headline News, Fox News, and Al Jazeera America. Odom earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. He is admitted to the bars of New Hampshire, Georgia, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, and to all federal district courts in the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) region. Odom previously served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Strafford County, New Hampshire (handling child abuse and rape cases), in the New Hampshire Attorney General's Homicide Unit (murder cases), and at the Fulton County District Attorney's Office Major Case Unit prosecuting murder trials in Atlanta. He owned and operated The Odom Law Firm from 2008 to 2014. He served as Director of Advocacy Training and Programs for the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Army. Odom is an Adjunct Professor at American University's Washington College of Law, where he teaches Contract Law in the International Master's Program; he has previously taught Advanced Trial Practice and Evidence. He has also instructed at Georgetown University and Emory University. He has been recognized as one of New Hampshire Magazine's Top 50 Lawyers in New Hampshire.
