Randall M. Kessler is Senior Counsel at Price Benowitz LLP and founder of Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, a 30-person family law firm in Atlanta which he founded in 1991. He has more than 35 years of experience in domestic relations and family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, post-decree order modifications, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and related matters. He has represented numerous high-profile clients, including judges, national and local politicians, professional athletes, TV stars, and other celebrities and entertainers. Kessler earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1988 and his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1985. He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. Kessler serves as an Adjunct Professor of Family Law Litigation at Emory Law School. He has authored several family law books, including Divorce: Protect Yourself, Your Kids and Your Future, The GA Library of Family Law Forms, and How to Mediate a Divorce. He has served as Chair of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Atlanta Bar Association, and is Editor Emeritus of the Family Law Review for the State Bar of Georgia. He is proficient in Spanish and Hebrew.
