Philip D. Ryan is an attorney at Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simons, the firm his father Patrick established in 1984. He began working at the firm in 1985 while attending law school and joined as a licensed attorney in 1986. With more than 40 years of experience, he focuses primarily on social security disability claims and previously practiced workers' compensation and personal injury law. Ryan was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1987 and to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma the same year. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1987 from Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating 4th in his class, and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1981. He attended Oklahoma State University from 1976 to 1980. Ryan is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, holds a Martindale-Hubbell Client Distinction Award, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Evidence (1985).
