Hon. Thomas T. Merrigan (Ret.) is a Partner at Sweeney Merrigan Personal Injury Lawyers, with offices in Boston, Falmouth, and Greenfield, Massachusetts. He has more than four decades of experience and focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense. Merrigan served as First Justice of Orange District Court from 1990 to 2002 and as Associate Justice on the Appellate Division of District Court from 1994 to 2002.
