Background

Trent Taylor is an attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm in Colorado. He joined the firm in 2024. Taylor's practice focuses on wage and hour law, employment discrimination, and complex class action litigation. He has over 10 years representing unions and workers in arbitrations, negotiations, and federal court litigation. Before joining The Wilhite Law Firm, Taylor served as Staff Attorney at Farmworker Justice (2020-2023), a national nonprofit focused on farmworker impact litigation, and as Associate Attorney at Barkan Meizlish, LLP (2013-2019), handling wage and hour and union representation matters.
