Background

Sean Berberian is the General Counsel of TopDog Law and TopDog Technologies, based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has practiced law for over 25 years across business litigation and transactional law, with extensive experience in business transactions, regulatory matters in highly regulated industries, and commercial litigation. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at a public company where he led the company's 2018 IPO, was a founding partner at White Berberian PLC, and was a litigation partner at the national firm now known as Stinson LLP, where he handled cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
