Background
Tyler M. Dupuy is the Managing Attorney of Farah & Farah's Fort Myers, Florida office and a civil trial attorney handling complex litigation across Florida's Gulf Coast. His practice covers traumatic injury and wrongful death cases stemming from motor vehicle collisions, DUI incidents, slip-and-fall accidents, negligent security, and other catastrophic matters. Dupuy began his career at the State Attorney's Office, then moved to civil practice, where he defended large corporations and insurance companies in personal injury cases. He brings that dual-perspective experience to his current plaintiffs' work. During law school he was elected President of Moot Court, served on the Florida Bar's Law Student Division Board of Governors, and clerked at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. He currently sits on The Florida Bar Standing Committee on Prepaid Legal Services, which works to expand access to legal services for low-to-middle-income Floridians. Dupuy received the 2025 Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Pro Bono Award at the Florida Supreme Court. He earned his B.S. in Legal Studies (with a minor in Political Science) from Florida Gulf Coast University and his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is a Barrister of the Calusa American Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, the Florida Sheriff's Association, and Captains for Clean Water.
