Rocco Marucci

Background

Rocco G. Marucci, Esq. is a Senior Trial Attorney at Fasig | Brooks Law Offices, with three decades of litigation experience in personal injury, first-party property insurance, family law, criminal defense, and general civil litigation. He has appeared in courts across Florida and brings particular expertise in vehicle negligence, first-party property, and premises liability matters. Marucci was appointed and served as a Traffic Magistrate from 2005 to 2022 for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, where he was instrumental in helping develop the first Teen Traffic Court in the State of Florida.
