Joshua Harris

Background

Joshua Harris is a Partner and Director of Mass Tort Litigation at Gomez Trial Attorneys. After spending several years at one of the nation's most prominent mass tort firms (Levin Papantonio), Josh joined Gomez Trial Attorneys to expand the types of cases the firm handles. His practice focuses on mass torts including defective products, pharmaceutical injuries, and environmental harms. He was a member of the national opiate litigation team, working on cases against major distributor defendants and participating in a bellwether trial that resulted in a $21 billion national settlement. A Florida native, Josh attended the University of Florida and Stetson University College of Law, where he was a member of the college's #1 nationally ranked trial team. After graduating, he worked for three years as a public defender and served as lead counsel in over thirty trials, most of which were jury trials.
