Background

Alex Bouganim is the Managing Attorney of The Barnes Firm's Manhattan office and Co-Chair of the firm's Labor Law and Construction Accident Department. He oversees all cases handled out of the Manhattan office and concentrates his practice on general negligence matters, including car accidents, slip/trip and falls, wrongful death, and construction site accidents. He has been responsible for several multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients and is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
