Background

William Haro is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WorkInjuryRights.Com, a Florida law firm. With approximately 20 years of legal practice, his work focuses on workers' compensation law, with additional experience in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and tort liability defense. He spent his first five years representing injured workers exclusively and has successfully represented many thousands of injured workers, obtaining favorable recoveries both prior to and through trial judgments. Haro earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida International University in 2003, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006, graduating in the top 5% of his class and Magna Cum Laude. During law school, he was a Goodwin Scholar and received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and is also licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Workers' Compensation Section. He has served as lead trial counsel on appellate cases, including Mercedes Campo Fernandez v. Blue Sky/Venecia Food Corp. (Fla. 1DCA, 2010). Haro is fluent in Spanish and has been based in South Florida for 30 years.
